If it is necessary to exchange only, our policy follows:
Items may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of the order. Original tags, packaging, and receipt are required.
If you received the item as a gift, please ensure it has the original tags, packaging, and a receipt or the name of the gift-giver. We must have this information to determine the value of the item. Once the exchange is processed, we will issue a Gift Card for the value of the item. Please note that if the item is an original piece of art, custom piece, or special order, unfortunately, it cannot be exchanged.
